The Harlan Days Festival is excited to announce in 2018 we will have all NEW carnival rides from our new partner the ‘Huesman Amusement Company’. There will be more rides for teens, more games and food vendors, and more children rides. Plus, we will be selling ‘Ride-ALL-Night’ wristbands every evening of the festival!
