The grand parade is open to bands, marching units, antique cars, Jeeps, motorcycles, businesses or commercial enterprises, floats, color guard or cheer units, animals, families or groups, children, acts, antique tractors or other parade worthy attractions.

**Check in is between 7:30 and 9:00 am on parade day at the North drive of the Harlan Community Center (formally Harlan Elementary) , off Spencerville Rd., to sign in, register, and line-up. All participants must be lined up by 9:30am. See forms for complete information and rules.**
