Raffle Every year Harlan Days has a raffle during our festival to raise funds for community improvements and upkeep. These tickets will be available at the Headquarters tent during the festival.
First prize this year is a John Deere Zero-Turn lawn mower. The drawing will be at 10:30 P.M. August 7th, need not be present to win. The ticket prices are $5.00 each or 5 tickets for $20.00 The Woodlan Marching Band will be selling raffle tickets this year up to the start of the event. Please buy your tickets early and help out our Harlan Community Park and the Spirit of Woodlan marching band!
