Here piggy, piggy. Calling all mud bog and tough truck competitors, now’s your chance to get signed up for the Harlan Hogg Tough Truck Competition and Mud Bog Drag Race. Come on out and get dirty! Thursday Tough Truck Competition The Tough Truck Competition will be Thursday night at 7 pm. Cash prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers. Local drivers are encouraged to sign up to participate. Drivers will race thru timed arena obstacle course, which may include jumps, bumps, moguls, mud slicks, and the kitchen sink.  Friday Mud Bog Drags The Mud Bog Drag Race will be Friday night at 7 pm. Drivers will compete in a head to head bracketed competition, drag racing across dual arena mud bogs approx 3″ deep and 200′ long. Winners from each night’s event will also walk away with a Hogg trophy and bragging rights. Both events will be at the Harlan Days outdoor arena, located in the Northeast corner of the park. Register for the 1st Annual 3v3 Roller Hockey Tournament

UPDATED! Now with reduced team entry fee. Registration is open for the 1st Annual 3v3 Roller Hockey Tournament. Participants will compete on Thursday August 4th starting at 6pm, with finals and the championship happening on Saturday August 6th at 7pm. All matches will be on the Harlan Community Park Tennis Courts. Each match will have 2×10 min half’s, 5 min Half time, 5 min to clear the court, goals are pond hockey style. Registration fee of $30 per 3 players per team, no goalies, each team will play 3 games minimum. LIMIT OF 8 TEAMS. All ages of men and women are welcome. Spots Open for Arts and Crafts Vendors at Harlan Days

We would like to invite you to display at our Annual Arts and Crafts Show to be held in a tent at the Harlan Community Park. The fair dates and hours are Thursday, August 4 (5pm-10pm), Friday, August 5 (5pm-10pm), and Saturday, August 6 (10am-10pm). Woodworking, embroidery, paintings, blankets, candles, sculptures, other artwork, yard ornaments, pet rocks, and more. We would LOVE to offer a wide array of hand-crafted items for display and sale this year, so we have reduced the price to just $60 $45 for all three days. Limited outdoors spaces, without power, are available for $25. (See full updated announcement for details.) We hope this more affordable rate will encourage you and your crafting friends to participate at Harlan Days this year. Minimum booth space is 10’ x 10’.
